My job as your personal trainer & wellness coach is to help you create new patterns. Are you willing to change ingrained habits, and accept new challenges to improve your physical and cognitive health?
Method
My approach is to incorporate a physical practice that ultimately helps you move, breathe and think better. I use the latest techniques and equipment to help restore mobility, strength, and flexibility to the body. We start with identifying your movement goals and go from there.
This style works for people needing to improve their ability to get in and out of a chair to those wanting to do handstands or triathlons. In fact, many of my clients are older and looking to improve the mobility of their wrists, ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, back and neck…even their toes and fingers. Each session is safely tailored to your needs. My job is to help you feel better, move without pain and reach your health goals.
